Dr. Cathy Fakler Azzarello, MD

Cathy Fakler, MD, FAAP, is a member of Fox Valley Neonatology, S.C., and provides care to all newborns needing specialized care from the neonatal intensive care unit. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Dr. Faklers interests include prenatal counseling for high-risk pregnancies, family-centered care, gentle respiratory support for respiratory distress, and caring for babies with chronic lung disease.Dr. Fakler earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her pediatrics training at Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She completed her neonatology training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and has been in practice since 1998.Dr. Fakler sees inpatients in the NICU at St. Elizabeth Hospital and is available for prenatal counseling and NICU Follow-up Clinic appointments.
