The public face of practice seems wonderful / dental technique is gentle . Scheduling maybe difficult & sometimes getting pricing is also difficult. ALWAYS get copies of your chart at least yearly, that will allow you to know if there are any issues with practice. Even if all things seem well "face to face", again, recommend strongly to obtain yearly copies of records. Charting may be past the mark of medical/ legal to lean toward personal opinions with times in the chair, blaming the patient even if not warranted. There seems to be issues of alerting patients if there are issues, but that always will be in the chart. Practices that are deemed normal in modern practices, i.e. oral sedation and nitrous oxide maybe deemed an issue at this practice because it takes too much of their time. There maybe delays in getting an appointment if you request oral sedation or nitrous oxide, practice does not seem appreciative those kinds of appointments. Emergenies are not handled normally… that day, only after a full exam and Xrays . Referrals to outside providers by this practice maybe a hit or miss experience for patient, practice has been informed. Practice is chilly on occassion, you may need a blanket.

I've been very pleased with Dr. Taylor since moving to Gainesville almost 3 years ago, but she really proved her worth this year. She suggested that I replace an old filling, which was looking worn but showed no problems on the x-rays. Her intuition was spot on! The interior of the tooth was decaying, and if we had not replaced the filling I would likely have suffered from a painful broken tooth. Dr. Taylor and her staff are extraordinarily gentle during any procedure, and I felt no pain or discomfort at all during the procedure. My only complaint: they are busy, and it is sometimes hard to reschedule an appointment.

What a great place. I transferred to Dr. Taylor on reference from Dr. Bernstein at Haile Endo and I could not be happier. I had my "first" appointment today for crown fittings and everything went so smooth. Dr. Taylor is exceptionally kind, patient and did amazing work. Patient comfort is number one with them! They have great staff as well, Trevor is a great dental assistant! They both answered all my questions and explained the procedure which was new to me. I had issues with my previous dentist getting me blocked to do fillings and that was not the case here. We found one while doing the crowns and Dr. Taylor was easily able to take care of it and with a perfect block, didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend this practice! I also love how Dr. Taylor and all her staff is up to date on all the most recent and new products and procedures in dentistry! Thank you all
