Summary
I am a Southern California native and have lived most of my life in L.A. and Orange counties. While I was an undergraduate I had the opportunity to work in assisting spinal cord injury patients to walk again. This experience first exposed me to the art of medicine and practicing this art has been a passion of mine since. I attended medical school at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado. I completed a surgical internship at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital, also in Denver. My anesthesia training was completed at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard teaching hospital, located in Boston. My fellowship in interventional pain medicine was completed at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
