DR. FOLMAR WAS VERY THOROUGH AND VERY KIND. HIS STAFF IS EXCELLENT!

The doctor himself if pretty good overall. My main complaint is with his staff at the westminster office. They are so rude, inept, useless, and lazy! It seems impossible to get a hold of them over the phone, one time i was on hold for over an hour. It wasnt longer only because i gave up and hung up. It says theyre busy with other patients but ive been to that office and its empty, it shouldnt take that long. They also say i have to keep calling them to check on faxes or any faxes because they are not hoing yo be calling me. And then when i do get things faxed to them they claim they havent recieved it or that the fax is broken. And then they were difficult when i needed them to fax an order that my primary was requesting. They dont do anything!!! That good doctor needs to replace them with people that will do what theyre supposed to.
