Great place! Very efficient. Made everything so easy for me. Had two molars removed. No pain after surgery. I woke up and asked when we were going to do the extractions but it was done. I worked from home the same day. No pain. Amazingly great experience.

I had 2 wisdom and 1 molar removed . They answered all of my questions , and made me feel comfortable being my first time being put ‘under’ . I woke up and said ‘That was fast’ ?? in my mind it was because I was sleep lol . I had no pain at all following surgery . Everyone in the office was great ! They even called me to check on me later that day . Thank you so much !

The dentist is very quiet. He nor the office staff communicated information about what takes place prior to the office visits, no post surgery phone follow up, no explanation about additional fees even after having asked three times and no response to phone calls or faxes about bolling... the office does not have an email address listed on website nor is one provided on any documents. The front office staff lacked customer service. The back office is efficient but very noncommunicative. Not a warm and friendly office. The dentist is gentle. Didn't introduce himself; never addressed the patient or called you by name. Guess you can't expect an efficient, customer centric and friendly experience. Oh, they were professional. But isn't that to be expected?

I had a tooth to break several months ago. It was not bothering me so I did not do anything. I had some other medical issues going on that were priority. In late November I had a bit of pain for a couple days. After the weekend I called Dr. Stancil's office. I was able to get an appointment in two days. I had the procedure done and experienced no pain during or after the surgery. I highly recommend this this doctor. Everyone was very kind and caring. Ann Bowes

Was told my insurance was approved and I paid what I owed. Two weeks later, they call asking for the full amount because the insurance denied the claim. My insurance company provided the phone recording. They told the Eunice, the office assistant, she needed to be transferred to the oral surgery department for insurance verification. She denied the transfer. When I call, Eunice hangs up and won't let me speak to the office manager.

What a wonderful experience and I'm not fond of going to the dentist. Dr. Stancil and his staff are courteous and caring and the doctor does an excellent job.

Had all four wisdom teeth removed. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but everything went very well. Had almost no swelling and was off of my major pain meds after the day of the operation. Would definitely recommend to others.
