Once I get in with the doctor everything is fine, but the person I get everytime working the front is terribly rude. You have to make sure you ask everything individually and make her get what you want otherwise you'll walk out without the answers you need. I needed to make an appintment to review my MRI; "I don't think we've gotten any in"; I had it done over a week ago, so it should be here. (goes to the back and comes back) "It was normal". I knew I needed an appointment because i could have early stages of MS, but this was just one of the many terrible encounters with her.

the office staff is rude--I have never dealt with such rude staff at a doctor's office. It is obvious that the doctor's at that location do not care--or the rudeness would be stopped. Dr Ainolhayat--rushes you in and out. Automatically prescribed an over abundance of vitamins on my first visit without any lab work to back it up. Ended up with problems because of taking too many unnecassary vitamins.

why are the rudest people always in "caring" roles? maybe patients are scared, nervous, or just dr. phobes, but the staff in this place, dont care about any of the patients, they just try to rush you through and out the door- which is ironic because the doctors are always behind and you have to wait forever... hurry up and wait, kind of fitting for an army town huh? if i wanted rude, it would have been alot easier just to stay on the base- these people are ridiculous

At one point there were some very nice people working in that office, but the last time I went I was informed that the caring, considerate people no longer worked there, but of course the same rude people who have been there for years are still there. How much since does that make? Since then I have found out that the rudest two are related- wow that figures doesnt it? Needless to say I have since had my records transferred to another office.

i watied 4 days to have a call returned from one of the staff member which call me when I was going to a meeting so I tried to call her back and was told she was out of the office and no one could assist me. I was then yell at and hung up on after I insisted that I get a referral for a podiatry appt for my diabetes with my foot. I am still waiting for the referral.

The doctor is ok, the location was very convenient for me, but the staff is awful, they really don't care about you, your time, and they are everything but polite. I'll never come back there.
