It's possible that the doctor and her front office staff may be in a competition to see who can exhibit the lowest level of patient care? Multiple phone calls were not returned and staff simply didn't follow through on requests (lab orders, appointment requests, voicemail messages). Overall, I left with a very clear understanding that the doctor decidedly did not care about my health...at all.

Initially, I liked having Dr. Larson as my doctor. Things changed over the course of a year when numerous appointments with her were cancelled without any notice. I had taken days off or work, only to get a call that day saying she needed to cancel my appointment. Ultimately, without any warning when I tried to reschedule I was told that she had left the practice. Wow! Thanks doctor, for well nothing. I wasn't even forwarded to any other doctor. So my condition goes untreated.

I think she is a very unhappy person. She acted like she thought I was stupid and she obviously doesn't like people. She made me feel bad about myself.

Just had one visit so far and she was very professional, asked a lot of questions and seemed to be on top of my issue. She seemed very genuine and smart - will keep you posted on whether she can help me get on top of my issues..
