I called the office to try get setup an appointment. Felicia answered the phone. I had some questions about the office but she just hung up.

Many years ago, I went into providence outpatient manic. I had to go into it again depressed three more times. In the end I left with a strong med base, one I chose. Dr. Reuther sat with me for HOURS going over the meds. What they did. I am bipolar 1...she saved my life.

This doctor only cares about billable. She frequently forgets about her patients and their meds. And she never returns patient calls. Even if the patient is in crisis.

This past summer my daughter, Aurora, was under the care of this woman in an out patient program. My daughter was getting a lot out of the general counseling by the other therapists but when it came time for Aurora to spend a very short time once a week with this evil woman, she would constantly be telling my daughter how busy she is and really didnt have much time to spend with her and threw medication after medication at Aurora, even after she reported the meds were making her sick, Reuther insisted she continue them. The final time Aurora met with Reuther, my daughter stated that the week prior she had been really worried she might be pregnant, but over the weekend she started her period and felt somewhat back to normalbut this doctor wouldnt allow my daughter to finish the last part of the statement..instead, Reuther flew into a tirade calling Aurora a liar, stupid and went on to tell her something to the effect of no wonder she was needing and seeking mental health help because… when a patient is as devious as my 21 year old daughter is, she will be seeking a lifetime of help. This reaction seemed to be based on an assumption on the doctors part. Once the verbal vomit quit flowing from Reuthers mouth, Aurora was told to leave without being allowed to try to straighten out the facts of the matter and instead was kicked out of the program. My daughter was seeking help with depression and anxiety but she left the program far worse off then when she was when entered the program. Be very careful who you bare your sole to because if youre being treated by this evil woman she will beat you down and break the soul which your trying to find help to heal.
