Dr. Dean has been my PCP for about 7 years now. She is always on time and does her job well. She has supported and helped me with many health issues and challenges over the years. Personality wise she comes off a bit robotic and does everything by the book. This is not bad but it would be nice if she could be more personable with visits. Considering that when have known each other for 7 years it would be nice if she remembered or asked about my life. Asking about little things in someone’s life makes up who they are holistically and adds that effort of kindness and respect. Not asking to be BFFs but connecting with patients on personal level goes a long way. In the end I would recommend Dr. Dean to anyone seeking a stable highly qualified PCP.

Besides the 17 minute wait time on an appointment that they made at the last minute to help me out. The Dr was polite, calm and knowledgeable and so was her assistant. Staff is always friendly and I feel seen at this medical facility.
