Dr. Celeste Claudia Mruk, MD

Dr Mruk is one of the best doctors I have come across. As a nurse I encounter hundreds of doctors ranging in all different specialties. She has excellent diagnostic skills and a very warm bedisde manner. Her wait time is a little long, but she gives everyone her utmost attention and never rushes you out the door. I have sent friends and family to her and would highly reccommend her.

Overall my experience was great. She was approachable and professional. She spent all the time with me I needed and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this doctor

The office staff for this medical practice is exceptionally inefficient, unprofessional, and rude. They have put me on hold on the phone for inordinate lengths of time, given me wrong information, and failed to forward messages to the doctor. I reported this to Dr. Mruk, but nothing has been done to improve the situation. It is time to find another doctor.

This doctor seems to be concerned, but she has an air of glibness as if she makes her decisions and prescribes medicines without enough consideration of the facts. She also has inappropriately commented about other patients to me and to another person about me.

A very personal experience in spite of an impersonal office.
