Dr. Celeste Wegrzyn-Religa

Celeste Wegrzyn, DMD, MSc
"Dr. Celeste" graduated from Rutgers University/Douglass in 1991. She then attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 1995. Dr. Wegrzyn then traveled to Ohio, where she completed a three-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry and earned a Master of Science degree at The Ohio State University/Columbus Children's Hospital. She has been in practice in Connecticut since 1998. In 2006 she became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She has served on the board of the Connecticut Society of Pediatric Dentistry and was its President in 2004. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Connecticut State Dental Association. She is on the staff of the Hospital of Central Connecticut. Dr. Wegrzyn spends most of her free time with her husband, two children, and their two dogs. She enjoys traveling, hiking, …biking, and swimming.
