always runs late and never sees you at your scheduled appointment time. Also has seems to be unknowledgeable when it comes to all the possible symptoms that can happen when withdrawing from psychiatric medication.

Of the 8 appointments we have had scheduled in the past 5 months, with Dr. Celina Guerrero, 3 of those were rescheduled by the office, on the same day of the appointment. We were NEVER seen at our actual appointment times. Most of the time, when we arrived, the Dr. had not seen the appointment prior to us, so there was always another patient waiting. Our average wait time, past our appointment, was 45 minutes. Once, we waited over for over an hour, all the while paying for parking.When we addressed our concerns with her inability to stay on on her own schedule she apologized to our son, not us. Then solemnly promised, to us, to be on time for the next appointment. The office staff called the morning of that final appointment to change it, because the doctor would not be in until an hour and a half past our appointment. That was the final straw.While Dr. Celina seems to have a caring "bedside manner," her otherwise total lack of professionalism has forced us to purse help for our… son's needs elsewhere in the professional community. On a side note, the Dr's waiting room and exam room are cluttered with religious icons, and her own conversations with ourselves and our son were often peppered with religious jargon, and anecdotes. The Dr's personal choice of decor did not engender confidence, and we do not believe that her religious ideals should be imposed upon our son during medical appointments. We found it offensive.

Dr. Guerrero is a great caring doctor who really took the time to evaluate my condition with passion and proffesionalism. I felt a sense of instant calmness as i walk in her office and her staff is very friendly. I'm still seeing Dr. Guerrero and within a week a feel a sense of a new beginning..a fresh start! If you believe you have some sort of a problem that needs the attention of a psychiatrist,i recommend you see Dr. Guerrero. I'm glad i did.
