Dr. Celina M. Nadelman, MD

I saw Dr Nadleman for a needle aspiration and biopsy of my thyroid. I was very frightened especially with Covid at it's height. The doctor was very quick and reassuring. The procedure was painless. She was afraid I would have a bruise which didn't even matter to me but I did not. All in all I would highly recommend her. She is very professional and I had an excellent experience with her and her team.

First, you can't imagine the waiting room, kind of a grimy new age space. Honestly feels more like a dirty dorm room than a medical office. The person behind the desk is pleasant on the phone but was abrasive in person. There's some preauthorization she tries to secure before the doctor will see you. Has something to do with extra samples should they need them which probably makes sense. That said, it comes across as an upsell, which I'm certain is a presentational error. Dr. Nadelman is abrasive. Her bedside manner is curt and a bit offputting. What's really irritating is she refuses to speak with patients. If you want to discuss anything she refers you back to your referring doctor. Ok, that's fine, but there's a way to be courteous, sensitive, and efficient. If there are other options I'd explore as I found the whole experience rank.

Dr. Nadelman is the best doctor for FNA procedure. She is very professional and with the help of the radiologist they got the procedure done quickly and was able to review the samples real time to make sure there are enough to make a diagnoses. Getting a biopsy done is a very stressful experience and by going to Dr. Nadelman's office you can get the procedure done accurately and get a result within days without the long agonizing wait. The front office Tiffany is exceptional also. She is extremely efficient and capable and she did an excellent job to help me to arrange paperwork for the procedure. You can't go wrong with Dr. Nadelman and I highly recommend her professional service.

Dr. Nadelman is a consummate professional who helped us with a very emotional issue. She is a rare combination of intelligence, professionalism, personality, and humanity.

Dr. Nadleman provided exceptional and compassionate care. Everything about the procedure (thyroid biopsy) was explained clearly, all questions were answered and results were obtained faster than I thought possible. I recommend her highly.
