Dr. Cerise Jessica Bush, MD

Dr. Cerise Bush from Silver Cross is the worst gynecologist I've ever had. Terrible bedside manner. Condescending and rude. Vibes terrible walked in the room wi a chip on her shoulder, really sweet 1st impression. Since when do gynecologists not check hormones??? She was also mad I refused a mammogram. Told me to see a functional Doctor that she wasn't the right Doctor for me ...um what?! I'm here for my PAP and a breast exam?!?! I would have walked out if I didn't want my PAP and breast exam. NEVER going back! I only chose her because my Primary Dr picked her..she has bad reviews i don't know what he was thinking and I should have double checked before I went. She looks/acts like a tired employee who hates her job and hates ppl.

Doctor Cerise Bush WAS my gynecologist for several years until recently. I put up with her horrible bed side manner and ignorant staff because it was a one time visit once a year. I was having some abnormal bleeding that scared me so I made an appointment to see Cerise. After the exam her diagnosis was either stress or, the covid vaccine. She told me "don't worry about it" and giggled. My bleeding continued so I made an appointment with my family doctor who actually sent me to the hospital for blood work (unlike Dr Bush) ultra sound etc to diagnose the problem. Turns out it was NOT stress or the vaccine.... I had a serious thyroid condition. I was prescribed proper meds and my issue has gotten better. I do NOT reccomend Dr Cerise Bush.

She is TERRIBLE! Her bedside manner is trash. She will make you feel stupid and that your questions are irrelevant. Appointments feel rushed and that you’re wasting her time. Don’t waste your time because she’s RUDE! Went to the hospital because of a medical emergency and her response to the nurses were “ I’m just here to see you guys .” DISRESPECTFUL! Will not be returning. Worst experience ever I wish I would’ve switched doctors when I could .

I could write a longer review but bottom line - it was such a strange indescribable experience for a first time mom lol. I Just have to laugh now but I never have felt so awkward. Save yourself the headache and find someone more professional and appropriate

I’ve contemplated writing a review for several weeks but here I go. I’m a first time mom but feel I’m more on the relaxed side. I only had the nerve to ask 2 valid questions because she was very condescending, rude and even laughed at me. Very odd. I was left speechless for a moment and both my husband an I were like what is going on? I have a sense of humor but not like that. It was such a strange and unprofessional experience that is hard to describe. I’m going elsewhere hopefully to be treated with basic human decency and respect.

Dr. Bush was informative and to the point. She made me feel comfortable and at ease asking questions. I went to her on a recommendation and glad that I did.

I’ve heard a lot of her bedside manner and in the beginning was very unsure. My first time seeing her was as I was pregnant and she was fantastic. People often misread her knowledge and serious personality as bad bedside manner, but she always answered all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking them. It put me at ease to know if things were not a big deal to her then I shouldn’t be worried. I had a flawless delivery by trusting her judgement and plan was the best. I don’t go to the OB to make jokes, I go to make sure myself and my baby are in the best hands and that was the care I received!

She has seen me through both my pregnancies and was outstanding! I know she may not be for everyone, she does come off a bit dry BUT she knows her stuff and ALWAYS is there for you. I wouldn’t change doctors for anything!!

Her bedside manner is terrible. She dismissed my concerns as silly. One of her nurses was unprofessional and gossipped about a colleague within earshot of the waiting room. The exam rooms seem dirty and you have to carry your urine sample in an open container down the hall into your exam room. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
