Dr. Cesar E. Ceballos, MD

My sister has had knee pain for the past 2 years. She has not been able to see a proper orthopedic due to her busy work schedule. And recently the symptoms have been getting worse. We looked up close doctors and Dr. Ceballos had good reviews. So, why not? DO NOT VISIT this doctor. My sister asked me to join her because she does not really understand medical terminology well and I am in the medical field. They didn’t allow me to go in with her, which is completely understandable due to COVID. BUT she asked the doctor if she could FaceTime me, and he said NO. Which I find ridiculous because it is not illegal and you have the patients consent for her family to listen in on the visit. Dr. Ceballos did not allow her to speak, he continuously interrupted her, he barely assessed her and he basically told her she was born this way. He quickly decided her only plan of care was Physical Therapy. I am sorry, but my sister was not born this way. If he took the time to listen to her history… and what exactly caused the knee pain, he might have been able to treat her appropriately. I hate doctors who don’t allow the patient to speak. My sister NEVER complains of pain and she hates visiting doctors. She is not a young girl who is visiting an orthopedic for no reason. Learn to listen to your patients.

I am a former patient of Dr. Ceballos; ten years ago I went to see him for the first time, because one of my shoulders was is an intense pain. He gave me a shot to relieve my pain and weeks later he performed 2 surgeries. He sent me to physical therapy as he instructed and now, I cannot even see the scars. I spoke to his office manager today (a very understanding woman) she is honest, considerate, and compassionate. I apologized for my previous comment, because It was a misunderstanding between the front office and myself. I wish I could take back my experience with the front office, but, I honestly say that we are all humans and not perfect. I humbly retract my previous review. He is an excellent physician, with ethics and greets you with the old fashioned way, with a kiss. I am sorry for my previous comment. I wish I could take it back, but, I learned a lesson today. A Chinese proverb says "If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow".… G.M.S.

Dr. Ceballos was warm and attentive BUT...The front staff, is ignorant as to which insurances their doctor accepts. They took my insurances cards, and my Driver's license, also I filled-up a questionnaire and I saw the doctor... TWO weeks later, during my follow up visit, after I had my second x-rays taken I am told to wait outside for an available room. Immediately Mary-Ann (the office manager) I guess this is her title, PROHIBITED me from seeing the doctor, because they JUST realized, that they made a mistake, and told me defensively and without ethics that the doctor did not accept my insurence....and to pay them over $900.00 to continue with my treatment. Appalling!!! I will be seeing Dr. Ceballos and I will present him with this unethical and probably criminal procedure. Then, I will re-visit this site with the doctor's response.

What a nice change to go to a doctors office and literally everyone is helpful and nice! Office is super clean and high tech and the doctor knows his stuff! Recommend them highly!

The doctor is unprofessional and rude.Not good listener and always in a rush.I think he is in the wrong profession. Don't go there.

This doctor needs to learn respect, how to listen and not speak over his patients. He is rude and he is arrogant and should get some classes on how to be a professional. He disrespected my family and made them feel horribly, leaving my mom and sister with no choice but to leave his office crying. Shame on you doctor!

Very professional and kind. The office staff was very efficient and made my mri appointment at a different office before I left! The office is impressive - modern and very clean. Everyone was nice and made me feel well taken care of. I will recommend them anytime!

Amazing doctor and incredible staff! Office was clean and everything was electronic.....doctor knows what he is doing and explained everything clearly. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
