I've been seeing Dr. Hidalgo since about 1997. Yes, sometimes I've had to wait but I'm glad that other patients are receiving extra time they need because sometimes I've been that patient needing extra time. I never feel rushed. Dr. Hidalgo has been extremely thorough with my care and I've had several different problems over the years. I highly recommend him.

I had an appointment for testing at 1:30 pm, an hour and half later they call me back. I asked the nurse how long it will take, she said a half hour, I told her that I couldn’t stay for the test. I then said that it was ridiculous waiting that long, she said we don’t know the doctors schedule, then why are you there? If he doesn’t care about his patients time then why should we care about his. If you don’t want to see your patients in a timely manner then don’t have a practice. I honestly don’t know why he even has a practice. He wants to collect money from you if you don’t cancel your appointment in 24 hrs but he will keep you waiting on your time, maybe we should charge him if he can’t get off his butt and see you in a timely manner and an hour and a half is definitely not a timely manner .

The staff is very friendly. Although at times there may be a slight wait it has not happened more than 1-2 times and it has never stop him from taking his time with me. I am very pleased him and his office. In fact I'm getting ready to take my daughter there.

The staff is very rude and do not have much knowledge in terms of what insurances they take. It has been a very trying situation. The office manager does not call back, the receptionist is rude and can't be bothered.

My husband was over medicated and they wanted him to wait 5 weeks to see the doctor! He doesn't read the chart before returning a phone call about medication. I had to tell him what dosage he was taking and he wouldn't listen to me on how my husband was reacting to the medications. Once he was allergic and once he started having break through seizures. When I told him he started having a reaction to one of the meds the simply said "I don't think so". WHAT?!!! Yes he was! Another doctor is changing the meds. Would not recommend to anyone!
