Cesar Rotter DDS – Dentist
Dr. Rotter was born in Mexico City and grew up in the city of Monterrey. There, he trained to be a pediatric dentist and started his practice in 1986. He met Adriana, his wife (who is also a dentist and comes from a long line of dentists in her family), while in dental school. During his career in Mexico, Dr. Rotter decided to move his practice to San Antonio, TX, where he trained at the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio for three years. Dr. Rotter started practicing in 2006. With vast amounts of experience, he now treats and makes the quality of life better for all his patients. He also has two wonderful daughters who look to become dentists as well. Dr. Rotter strives to always put his patients first. He believes in making his patients comfortable and sure that their visit to Kiddo Dental will be the best possible.
