I got a horrible infection from a Liposuction done 11-01-21 . More than 2 years later I am still infected with mycobacterium Abbesses. I have had 5 major debridement surgeries at Uhealth and almost weekly incision and drainage with Dr.Lipo the first 6 months after the original surgery . Dr Lipo saw me the one month after my surgery , but I showed signs of infections 2 weeks post op. I was seeing the nurses several times a week because I was ill and I knew something was work. I had to be on IV antibiotics with a picc line for 3 months and then again for 3 months , oral antibiotics for 18 months. I lost hearing and my skin color changed due to all the antibiotics. Having this surgery has destroyed my life physically and mentally . My body is completely disfigured. I was cut open from hip to hip and my skin was lifted to clean out infection and the wound was left open for 4 months to close without stitches. Unable to work and 10’s of thousands dollars deep in medical bills . Infection is… a risk with any surgery but when the center does not properly clean and disinfect there instruments and the nurses not following proper sterile protocol this is malpractice but since Dr Lipo doesn’t have malpractice insurance, no lawyers will take my case . Not carrying malpractice gives the surgeon a free ticket to not follow proper protocol because they are untouchable in the legal system.

Ladies & Gentlemen, The place is a SCAM. Please keep your money, there's better options and care in the cosmetic surgery community. The administration, financial and customer service team are the most careless, lackluster, unprofessional and disorganized individuals I've ever experienced. The organization will accept your deposit, attempt to lock you into a "Non-refundable" contract and instantly become disconnected with you and the services you've purchased. I experienced multiple missed virtual appointments, various procedures rescheduls, and even procedure mix ups. Their only focus in money, not customer care or customer satisfaction. Please do NOT fall victim to this scam. I'm certain all the positive reviews ate fake yo offset the valid negative reviews.

El Doctor cesar velilla o doctor lipo como todos lo llamamos me realizo mi liposuccion con anestesia local con resultados expectaculares, la cintura me quedo como queria y los gluteos parados y redendos como se los pedi, el dr se mantiene muy ocupado y algunas veces me toco esperar 30 minutos para verlo, pero indiscutiblemente es el mejor y vale la pena la espera, me opere en la clinica evolution MD de miramar

This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my life. In my first and second consultations they treated me very well, from the consultant to the doctor, everyone is great until you schedule your surgery and make payment. After that nobody is available anymore to answer your doubts. At surgery day I believe I had more than 10 different people getting in and out to take pictures, ask info of myself, everybody rushing, they put you sitting in a bed in a corner room that only fits the bed with freezing temperature and close a curtain on your face. There you stay for more than one hour without knowing what is going on because nobody stops to tell you. I just felt a piece of meat. After surgery neither of the 3 nurses I saw in my room gave me instructions and I left with no drainage bags, so I was leaking everywhere, so she took a blue hospital sheet and covered the car seat so my husband could drive me home without getting his car wet. My first night was horrible, I literally… slept in a pond, I had to change myself more than 10 times. The follow up visits were always with assistant physicians, and a nurse that would take pictures of you non stop. The doctor only saw me after 4 months of my surgery!!! They recommend lymphatic massages pos surgery with then but it was a torture, if your incisions close after a few days, they would open it with a needle with no anestesia at all ! I did lipo on my arms with definition, bra line and back. His idea of definition is to make cuts imitating what a real muscle definition could do to your arm but he did not suck all the fat out in order to show definition and he did both arms completely different. When I asked for a touch up he wanted to charge me $2000 more on top of the $9000 I already paid to him to do this awful work. Once I started with the complaints about how they were treating me and I said I don’t think its fair to be charged again to have my arms at least even, they did not respond to my emails anymore and never were available for my phone calls. I cannot use short sleeve shirts anymore and I will have to find another doctor to fix me, so be careful, I was totally manipulated by this office, for me a TOTAL SCAM !!!

La lipo y el transfe fueron satisfactorio , después de la operación no sentí ningún dolor la recuperación ha sido rápida y buena El doctor cuenta con un excelente staff Sasha mi cordinadora que estuvo siempre atenta en el proceso, Diana una excelente enfermera y Andrea excelente masajista y las muchachas de la recepción con muy trato y empatía El único inconveniente para mi ha sido las tallas de las fajas Recomiendo 100% al Dr lipo

I had a surgery with Dr Velilla, I would like to thank him and he's amazing staff for everything that makes my dream come thru. Dr Velilla's surgery facility is an spot less, he's staff is well trained and kind. I highly recommend him, also I want to thanks the massage team therapist Maria and the cavitation Catalina, also the driver who pick me up on time every day. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL !!!!

El mejor cirujano plástico lo recomendaría he tenido una buena experiencia tanto por el doctor como el personal, incluyendo la s. masajistas muy buenas sin dudas lo recomendaría.
