Dr. Hopkins was rude , unwilling to listen to what my symptoms were. I was prejudged and brushed off. We later found out that my headache which brought me IN to the labor and delivery unit at 37 weeks pregnant was due to a traveling blood clot. Due to Dr. Hopkins neglectful behavior I almost lost my life!

With my 1st child, I went to hospital believing I was in labor...she was so rude to me...even snickered to other medical staff about "what took me so long to show up to the hospital". She even said to me "well, I hope nothing wrong with the baby"....she ended up sending me home. But I left PRAYING that she WOULD NOT BE ON CALL when I returned. fast fwd 15months...I'm now pregnant with #2 and fell ill (severe vomiting and diarreah) after office hours. She was the doc on call: RUDE AGAIN! rushed me off the phone and told me to call back when I had more info and the number of a pharmacy. I didn't call back. My cousin who is an OB called in the meds for me. Its been WEEKS since that night I called Dr. Hopkins. I've even been to the office a few times. You think she's followed-up??? Nope. I'm extremely happy with the other doctors in the practice where she works...the nurses and office staff are AWESOME. She's just one rotten apple. Would NOT recommend her...would DEF recommend the… practice

Dr. Hopkins is a very insightful and caring physician. I would follow her anywhere.

I was new to the area and asked her for a referal to a general doctor. She told me she doesn't give referals...strange? When I asked her to refer me to her general doctor she told me he probably won't take my insurance. How rude! I later found out she does refer people. I have never been treated this way by a doctor. The list goes on!
