Dr. Chad Eugene Boekes, MD

Dr Boekes has been my parents physician for close to 15 years. A couple years ago I started going with my elderly parents to all their doctor appointments at this office, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care that they have received from Dr Boekes, and the PA's. His consistent care, kindness, thoroughness, and patience with them has been nothing short of amazing. In my opinion, he has gone above and beyond what you could expect from any doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend him, or this office, to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Boeckes for over 10 years. He is a solid, caring physican and goes out of his way to look at all aspects of treatment to make sure you're being taken care of properly. I would give 5 stars, but if I had 1 complaint - I feel like their office technology could be updated in how patients could interact with their physicians. You can call the office and leave a message for your Dr. and they will enter your message into the system, so that your doctor can review and respond later. It would be so much easier if there was a patient portal that allowed us to reach out directly to our physicians for messages and feedback. Maybe it would increase the workload too much, but that would be a welcome feature. The PAs are really good too - but my wife did wish they would have a few female physicians on staff. Otherwise, CRFP is a great medical office with caring staff.

Doctor Boekes took the time to listen to me and solve so many issues better than any specialist I've seen. He's been right every time with my diagnosis and treatment. He goes the extra mile to explain things very clear and thoroughly. I trust him completely with my entire families care.

I was treated very poorly. I have nerve damage in my arm and do not drive, they refused to give me lab results on the phone, said I HAD to come in. When I told them this was ridiculous I was "FIRED" as a patient.

Absolutely would not recommend. After waiting in EXAM ROOM for 30 mins he spent a TOTAL of 15mins with me for my ANNUAL EXAM!! Just writes prescriptions for everything rather than talk about what may be causing the problem and how it can be corrected. Does NOT follow sound medical protocol when diagnosing and therefore MISDIAGNOSES. Considering malpractice suit for his complete inept attempt at being a doctor and egregious practices.

I won't be going back.

After moving to a nicer, busier, and much more fast paced office; Dr. Boekes seems to have lost some of his more comforting qualtiies. The wait time is far to long to see any doctor. Then when you do finally get to see the doctor they seemed rushed and preoccupied with thoughts of other patients or maybe their next late appiontment! It has become more and more discouraging.
