I've been seeing Dr. Docker for many years! He's great in every way!

Some improvements could definitely be done for the clinic itself. Had to physically go into the place to make an appointment because the AI phone answering service was extremely slow and annoying. I went in for light sensitivity and the lighting in the waiting room gave me a headache. It took a little while to get in after the appointment start time, but I was grateful for getting in for an appointment quickly. I don’t give bad reviews unless they are deserved but something definitely felt off about the visit.

I’ve seen Dr. Dockter for many years. He’s honest and clear about my eye health and when it’s time to update glasses (he compared current vs best prescription so we could decide on updated glasses or not). I have trust in his recommendations.
