Dr. Chad Domangue, a south Louisiana native, is an Interventional Pain Management Specialist with extensive training in diagnosing and treating conditions that cause decreased functionality and acute and chronic pain. He completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed a fellowship at the University of Kentucky with Dr. William Witt, completing advanced procedures in interventional medicine. Dr. Domangue is Double Board Certified in Neurology and Pain Management, and board eligible in Clinical Neurophysiology.

Dr. Domangue is co-owner of Cypress Pointe Pain Management and inventor of The YNRC Relaxation Shot. As a result of his unique credentials, Dr. Domangue is one of the most sought after experts in his field for legal depositions.

Dr. Domangue has developed a reputation as a pioneer in the field of medicine, as he is not afraid to challenge the status quo in order to provide better treatment options for his patients. In addition …to his medical practice, he has invested countless hours in research and training physicians around the country on the most effective techniques available within the field of interventional pain management. Recently, he testified as a Medical Expert before the Louisiana Senate Health and Welfare committee about the potential use of medical marijuana as an alternative to opioids in treating chronic pain and was instrumental in the committee passing the bill.

Through interaction with thousands of chronic pain patients, Dr. Domangue recognized that many chronic pain patients are also struggling with anxiety and stress, but the options available for treating their anxiety are not terribly effective or healthy. He focused his energy on developing a natural, safe alternative for his patients that suffer with anxiety.

Doctor Chad has changed my life. He treated my pain for a little over an 2 months before surgery because I was waiting because of Covi19. He has restored confidence that the medical system has not totally failed yet. He has the best bedside manner, and is very intelligent.

I have three spinal fusions and have seen many Dr’s. None of which offered the state of the art alternative procedures that Chad offers . They iether give you pain pills or want to do very evasive surgeries with long recovery periods. Chad truly gives you alternate procedures that work .

By far, the most caring Doctor I've ever had. He listens to his patients needs and responds immediately to them. I would recommend him to anyone!

I would not suggest going to Dr Domangue. He will do unnecessary procedures just to make money off of you. His office had me going in every week for 3 weeks when all could have been done in one visit.

I have been going to Dr. Domangue for over 4 years now. His punctuality, friendly bedside manner and knowledge instantly make you feel at ease. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling that I was listened to very carefully by Dr. Domangue and trust his diagnosis and directions for a better, more pain free life.

Always very pleasant and takes the time to explain his findings and answer any questions I may have. Also, he isn't too fast to order expensive tests, but also not hesitant to order further tests if needed. His office is very clean and Cypress Pointe Hospital is also very clean. The office staff and the hospital staff are also helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Would recommend this doctor and Cypress Pointe Hospital.

Dr Domangue implanted a neuro-stimulator for migraines. I can honestly say I have not had a migraine since the device was implanted. After suffering with daily migraines for over 30 years I finally have relief.
