Chad D. Evans

Had an mri and spent 3 months calling and emailing trying to get the results. Never did get them. I had to ask for a referral somewhere else.

Dr. Chad Evans follows up, and he answers calls for additional questions promptly. Another of my doctors knows him by his excellent reputation.

Dr. Evans was great until early 2015 when he became disinterested, refused to do needed insurance paperwork, refused to do a quick injection to relieve pain, did no exam what so ever then kept charting "normal" as my condition was deteriorating. Communication between appointments is mostly non-existent and when you get a response it is contradictory to what was said in the office. He looks burned out, tired, has a flat affect and no longer seems to care. Other patients are saying the same thing. Clinic staff are fine but his nurse literally yells at you for calling or sending an email. It's sad to see a formerly great doctor become mediocre. I would not recommend him at this time.
