Chad Ryan Fowler

Dr. Chad Fowler has been nothing but pleasant with me. He spends time listening to me and whatever solution there may be to my problems. He also follows up with me and did a great job making me feel better before surgery. He will continue to be my primary care physician for a very long time. Highly recommend Dr Fowler.

Tried to get an appointment and his staff never called back to schedule anything

Current patient...have been on hold for over 50 minutes now.

We recently started bringing our teenagers to see Dr. Fowler. So far, I really like him and so do our boys. However, I am growing increasingly frustrated with the 15-20 minute wait times on the phone just to talk to staff. Also, on a recent occasion our son was having chest pains and I called to see if they could get us in. I had to wait for the receptionist to go talk to the doctor, then call me back only to say that not ONE doctor could see him. They told us to go to Urgent Care. When we went to urgent care, they couldn't believe that he sent us there. They said he should have just sent us to the ER. They did an EKG which was abnormal and transferred us via ambulance to the hospital. The hospital tried numerous times to get through to Dr. Fowler's office and then when they finally did get through...no one would return the hospitals call. So disappointed with the lack of professionalism. We like Dr. Fowler, but think we need to go elsewhere after this.
