He's been our "go to" Doctor for many, many years. Always listen, is considerate and eager to help. I can't imagine another Doctor being better!

Been going to him for 10 plus years, First Time I confront him with a comment he made, I’m no longer allowed to be his patient, Just know your only a number

I have seen Dr Chad for eight years ~ never a long wait. His nurse is fabulous and treats us like family. Dr Chad has taken excellent care of us and we appreciate everything he has done!!

My mother was a patient of his. She died from undiagnosed diverticulitis/sepsis. She had it for 3 years. He claimed she had fibromyalgia and gave her steroids. Her death certificate stated cause of death was dementia. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!

You only see the Dr at a scheduled appointment. If you are sick at other times your only choice is ER or Urgent Care

I did see Dr. Huberty's PA Ashley Smith Wilson. She is kind, sweet and knowledgeable. Her nurse is also very nice. Thank you both for everything.

You are a CUSTOMER not a patient..You are rushed thru so that he can meet his daily quote...I was five (5) MINUTES LATE and he refused to see me yet I once waited 40 minutes to see him..He on one visit told me he had to get to his son's soccer game and HE answered and marked my questionire for my yearly physical...You are a number only STAY AWAY!

Doesn't coordinate care, doesn't listen, have had several problems - not available, wrong medication, no referrals. Not satisfied at all. I'm finding someone else.
