Dr. Chad R. Marrs, MD

I saw Dr. Marrs after years of suffering sinus and eyelid inflammation and pain. He wanted me to try the same over-the-counter medicines I had already tried several times, that did not help. After continuously suffering with the medicines Dr. Marrs prescribed, I called the office for assistance. I was getting nowhere with the office staff and asked if the doctor would please call me. Another office person called me and refused to let me speak to the doctor. I think I might be having an allergic reaction to what he prescribed, and I really wanted to speak to the doctor himself. I asked the girl if it was their office policy to not let patients speak to the doctor by phone, she said yes, and hung up. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr Marrs and his staff. Very friendly but also very professional. Scheduling has been excellent and Dr Marrs treatment has been very good. One of the better medical practices that we use.

Dr. Marrs and his staff are at the leading edge of their medical field. His assessment of my condition was comprehensive, accurate and efficient. His all-inclusive treatment regime included medications but also involved practical, proactive home practices that educated me for future self care. After several months of treatment by another ENT, Dr. Marrs managed to resolve my issues in a few weeks. Thank you!

Despite, or perhaps because I work in the Internet sector, I am not one to place any faith in the online doctors or Googleing my ailments. Some things require experience in practical application. Dr. Marrs is not only experienced and well educated, but he is also sympathetic and compassionate. While my concerns were for naught, he took the time to explain "why" I had no need for apprehension and to review other areas as preventative care. All this, yet I did not feel rushed, and was met on time. That displays a significant understanding of time management, which also indicates experience. Everyone I spoke to in the office was equally professional and friendly. Going to the doctor can be stressful; places like this help reduce that sensation.
