I have been a patient of Dr McNeil’s for years now and he has always been professional and caring. He is always thorough in his assessment and is attentive to my needs as a pain management patient.

Worst visit ever I experience he was not trying to hear what I was saying at all!! ( he said we had already talked about it and wasn’t going to prescribe Takorrianne anything for pain cause of her age and the fact of her taking thc which he only prescribed Tylenol 3 before she started on them years ago)he doesn’t know her pain and I feel that Takorrianne knows her feelings better than anyone that’s the reason why we’ve a pain management doctor such as he -and others which to me are not doing well at helping the issue .That being said she’s being taken Botox off and on for years and specificity On left side has gotten worse!! I know they should be keeping records so that I wouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for pain medication for her which doesn’t make sense!! After the Botox injection and consultation about what he wasn’t going to do Dr left the room didn’t say he’s finished,bye or even have a Good Day! We in the room looking crazy for about 15 minutes so I decided to walk to the… receptionist desk and ask was we finished so she looked at her desktop and she said yes y’all done!! Seems to me that someone had a problem yesterday and it wasn’t me!! Rating survey was on my phone before I knew the visit was over SMH

Dr. Chad McNeil is very professional and has answered my questions in a way that I can understand what he needs to do. I have had many different pains through the years. He and his staff have treated my pain each time. Dr. McNeil and his staff are wonderful and polite.

Always a good experience with Dr McNeil. He’s efficient with his time, but always has some extra time for more questions. He’s done nothing but good care since I began seeing him years ago. As soon as he receives the information he has requested, I know his plan will go into immediate action.

Referred to Dr McNeil for EMG/NCV. No waiting. The test was fast and easy and painless. He gave me the results after the test and recommendations. Very nice, efficient and professional.
