Dr. Chad L Moes, MD

For the most part patients seek help from a provider when they are at their most vulnerable. Finding myself in need of medical advice several weeks ago, I made an appointment to see Dr. Moes. I have never felt more humiliated, ashamed, or embarrassed by any provider I've seen before. I left without any medical advice provided, no care plan, and exceptionally upset and disheartened from the experience. He didn't nearly the entirety of the appointment starting at the computer screen, and when I read the office note, it was evident that either he forgot what my primary complaint was or he wasn't actually listening. I had really hoped that this would have been a good experience since he had such good reviews on the hospital's website, but now it's clear that the reviews being used there are significantly biased. If at any point Dr. Moes had any compassion towards patients, it's clear that now he is suffering from a severe case of compassion fatigue.

If you have an occasional sinus infections, need a physical or have a persistent cough, I think Dr. Moes is probably a great doctor. If you have chronic medical issues, you’d be best finding another. He’ll pass you off to your specialists for very common issues general practitioners typically treat.

Dr. Moes was very thorough and compassionate during my recent visit. I'd highly recommend him to others!

Went in for a physical, came out with insurance being billed for a physical and office visit and I was billed for a $50 copay. We discussed nothing outside of the scope of a standard exam, but Dr. Moes billed for the physical exam plus a separate office visit. Fraudulently gouging patients for extra revenue. Was in the office less than 15 minutes total. Ridiculous.

Awful Dr

Examines patient in a gruff manner, poor communication and reviews patient history do poorly that he misses important information.

Such poor communication skills he wasn't able to treat appropriately. The poor care created a i crease in need for additional medical care.

I called this morning for an apt and was seen right away. I was treated with the utmost respect throughout and felt like I was the only patient.

Very friendly staff and efficient. Minimal wait time. Doctor was very informative and actually spent time listening to me. Highly recommended.
