Unfavorable Experience with Dr. Chad Putman I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but my encounter with Dr. Chad Putman was so unsettling that I believe it's important to share. From the moment the appointment began, it felt adversarial. After politely answering his question about what I thought might be going on—suggesting a possible ear infection—his demeanor changed dramatically. He appeared visibly irritated, especially when I mentioned I had previously consulted an online doctor. I believe he even rolled his eyes, which immediately set a disrespectful tone. Rather than conducting a thorough assessment, he confidently claimed I had TMJ without even looking. That diagnosis was not only baseless in my case—it was laughable. I'm quite familiar with TMJ; my wife underwent extensive treatment for it. His declaration felt dismissive and uninformed. To make matters worse, Dr. Putman implied I was wasting his time due to other emergencies he needed to tend to, despite this being a… scheduled appointment. Once he did perform a minimal exam, he stated everything looked normal, even though I was experiencing real discomfort—enough to seek rare medical attention. The consultation ended on a sour note, and the strangeness didn’t stop there. Later, he called my personal phone and tried to justify his behavior, even referencing our residential proximity as if that would somehow excuse how poorly I was treated. It felt like an awkward attempt to salvage his reputation rather than address the substance of what happened. This was one of the least professional and most uncomfortable medical experiences I’ve ever had. I left the clinic feeling dismissed, unheard, and frustrated. I urge anyone seeking compassionate and respectful care to consider other options.

Dr. Putman is rude and arrogant. Please go elsewhere as he is a waste of time and money

I felt Dr. Putman was patient and very interested in what my problem was. He was compassionate and well informed.

Dr. Putman is rude and arrogant. He discredited the diagnosis of three previous doctors and made no attempt to find another cause for the symptoms and pain. The visit was a complete waste of money for a 5 minute diagnosis of nothing. If you need medical care, go elsewhere!

Staff was just fine. BUT DR PUTMAN WAS VERY RUDE, AFTER 2 MIN. KEPT TRYING TO LEAVE WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM. LIKE A PARROT KEPT REPEATING HIMSELF WITH A SNOTTY GRIN ON HIS FACE. AFTER TWO VISITS AND MANY EXPENSIVE TESTS I FOUND OUT (JUST LIKE I KEPT TELLING HIM) HIS STUPID "DIAGNOSIS" WAS COMPLETELY WRONG AND I COULD HAVE SUFFERED HORRIBLE ADVERSE EFFECTS FOR YEARS IF I HAD FOLLOWED HIS ADVICE!!!!!!!!!! DO. NOT GO TO. THIS PERSON. HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING! !!!!!!!!
