Dr. Chad Bryan Stephens, DO

Dr. Chad Stevens is not qualified to perform the surgeries he does. He performed a Vertebroplasty on my wife and in the process of doing so he damaged her l5 nerve beyond repair and she has to use a walker for the rest of her life. He is a quack. On her surgery day, he did over 12 surgeries. hers was scheduled for 9;30 and not done till 12:30..3 hours late. He has no professional training in doing this procedure. Vertebroplasty is an image-guided, minimally invasive procedure and is most often performed by a specially trained interventional radiologist or neuroradiologist in an interventional radiology or neuroraVertebroplastydiology suite, or occasionally in an operating room. As her being the last patient and 3 hours late every one of the nurses and other operating people was in a hurry to get it done and go home., including the D.O. He promised her she would walk out of the procedure, but instead, she was in a wheelchair and he was nowhere to be found. Two other real… surgeons declined to try to fix his mess up..saying the operation to fix it would be to risky. Please proceed with caution when using this person to correct any of your problems

Dr. Stephens has been extremely helpful thus far. He has great "bedside" manners, knowledgeable, extremely professional and on the cutting edge with medical technology. He's continuing to help me with my back issues. His office staff, especially Amanda, she is amazing! She's the best, always there to help with scheduling, paperwork, questions etc. So far, very good experience.

Had nerve damage in left knee from a recent partial knee replacement. First Dr, I went to had me on pills. Found Dr Stephens and he did a "block" when that showed that it helped. He did an "Ablation". Now I am pain free and "No Pills". I didn't believe it was possible to be pain free again. I owe it all to Dr Stephen's and his staff. I can't thank them for enough for everything.

Dr Stephens is professional, personable, with a broader perspective on his sense of community. Staff is terrific. They're accurate and concerned while actually addressing your questions. Been seeing Dr Stephens for + 2 yrs. I Would highly recommend Dr Stephens

I just had a procedure on my left hip- I hope I’m writing it right “ Tenojet”- one week later- I no longer have pain - there was no downtime and no pain pills- I am so happy with the results- back to the gym and my life without pain??

Can not be better than this experience---Sheri B. Been going to Dr Stephens for going on 2 years now and he has helped me better manage my migraine headaches. It has been a major relief being introduced the Sphenocath SPG Block that is done in his office. Location in Southlake is convenient, his staff is very good and efficient to work with. They are really good, caring and compassionate people.

I was referred to Dr. Stephens after being diagnosed with herniated discs in my neck. I worked with physical therapy for a few months first but that was not relieving all of the pain and other symptoms. He had recommended a cervical epidural steroid injection but I was initially reluctant. I finally decided to have it done and am so glad I did as it has greatly improved my day to day functioning. They do wear off and I have had more than one now but I am thankful because of the difference they make versus not having them.

Dr Stephens cares about his patients! He never stops finding ways yo help you! He is one of the BEST Doctors I have ever had! I thank God for sending Doctor Stephens my way????

I was diagnosed with planter fasciitis before I went to see his partner. His partner did some rehab work and after a month there was no improvement. His partner told me to go see dr Stephens because he can do a minimally invasive procedure called tenjet. So I let Dr Stephens perform the procedure and after 3 months it has not healed at all. In fact my pain has gotten worse because he hit the calcaneus nerve in my heal. Now my heal hurts in a totally different spot. I talked to him about this and he said it would heal in a month or so. Never healed. And on the second visit, 2 months later, he had the nerve to say to me,” I’m not sure you didn’t have that pain before we did the procedure”. He was trying to dance around the fact that he screwed up. Don’t let him operate on you for anything!! He is not a surgeon. In my experience, go to a specialist. I just had to learn the hard way.

With two surgeries, artificial disc replacement, then a diagnosis of Failed ADR, removal of AD, a fusion and years of trying to get better, I found Dr. Stephens. I have gone through it all, surgeries, injections, PT, medication, MAT therapy, massage therapy, neck contractors, tens units and I could go on. I have had surgeons and doctors tell me it’s in my head, just deal with it, and give up. I’m 41 and know for a fact that living with chronic pain is real and it’s debilitating. I have lost years of my life, my family has suffered and my executive career has felt this ordeal as well. Dr Stephens from my very first visit to today has done nothing but listen to me and help plan my journey of recovery and healing. He doesn’t push me, he doesn’t tell me it’s not real, he doesn’t make me feel like a drug seeker, he actually cares and wants to get me better. Although I’m not yet pain free, I’m doing better than I’ve done in over 4 years and he has a plan to continue my progression.
