Dr Thakur is the best! She devotes herself to all her patients. It is not uncommon you could get same day appointment as this is how she accommodates and cares.

Extremely attentive and caring doctor who always makes time to answer questions—or even a last minute appointment! I trust her implicitly with my mother’s care. (She even makes personal calls to check in!)

Dr Thakur is the most knowledgeable, professional , and caring doctor I have ever had. She takes her time and listens to me about my medical concerns. Then she promptly schedules any medical tests if needed. Your health is her foremost concern. Her medical staff is also caring & professional. You never have to wait a long time in the waiting room either like at most doctor offices. Dr Thakur is always considerate to her patients and runs an efficient office that’s always on schedule. I feel lucky to be in the medical care of Dr. Thakur . I wish all doctors were like her.

It is rare to find a doctor like Dr. Thakur who actually cares about her patients as human beings. What a "breath of fresh air"! Dr. Thakur is very professional and knowledgeable with a strong work ethic. She is so thorough in her diagnosis and in assessing what lab tests are needed. I never have problems scheduling an appointment and never need to worry about billing or insurance and she is always on time for appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Thakur to anyone. I have spent much time in doctors' offices as I was a caregiver for both my mother and father. So refreshing to find one that treats her patients with respect, compassion and has a true concern for their well-being.

Dr Thakur is such a compassionate and a caring Doctor, my friend introduced me to Dr Thakur and in turn introduced my niece to see her. She is very precise, the wait time is as normal as other offices. Her staff is friendly and very accommodating. I have and will always recommend Dr. Chahat Thakur, I give her a 10 star ?? rating. Constant staff turnover. You will only see the NP's and she is rarely ever bothered to come face to face with her patients. She constantly worries about malpractice and drops you if you have anything more than a cold or flu because she lacks confidence. Incompetent and heartless!

Went for my first appt to establish Dr. Thakur as my primary. She never came into the room and sent a PA instead who did nothing for me. I brought my current lab results and medical records which she did nothing with. Had to go to Urgent Care to get the medication needed. Called the office regarding 2 referrals which were to be sent URGENT but you get sent to a voicemail system. Regret choosing this doctor as it was a useless visit on my time. They could care less about you. Two women in waiting room at receptionist desk complaining they had been referred to a "racist doctor". Seriously!

The Yucca Valley office help is not reliable. They never call you back.
