This Is Jessica Medina dr kulsakdinun botched my surgery so badly that it nearly cost me my leg. It cost me my career in boxing. It also cost me my ability to walk and be able to take my children out to a simple park. He ruined my lifestyle and left me like this and absolutely fabricated, my Medical Records he has written false reports about me just so he doesn’t have to treat me because I sued him so due to my litigation against him and Montefiore Medical Center, they refused to properly treat me. And they leave me in pain. I need a massive reconstructive surgery and they refuse to do they intentionally mess with me and my mental health so when I say something to someone I am the bad guy this man this facility took everything from me

This low down douche botched tf out of my surgery then discharged me left me 100% disabled and falsified my medical records nonetheless he is famously known as the butcher but I am curious cause who tf is this black man cause that ain’t no chiyaporn kulsakdinun the butcher is a little Chinese ompa loom pa loomp pa de doop

He told me he would fuse the ankle I'm 1 spot and that was it.Later I find out he fused it in 3 spots.He said 4 screws there were 24 screws none of which he told me. I found this out in St Barnabus because he put in 50 staples.Did all those fusions and never gave me anything to sleep . He never ounce passed by to see how I was in 3 days in the hospital . When I went home I was awake 3 days because he prescribed me NOTHING TO SLEEP. I called his secretary Charlie (Tran) Rizzo who never answered or returned any phone calls about needing medication . I never received a call back at home to ask how I was or felt . I tell him I left his secretary over 10 messages and he told me he would fire her for not calling me back .She still works for him ,he lied till know 6 years later !! I wrote 7 reviews in the past on his MONTEFIORE web site and the are DELETED immediatly !! DR .CHAIYAPORN KULSAKDINUN can't get the surgerys correct because instead of practicing surgery he's to busy DELETING… reviews he don't like. 5 other ORTHOPEDIC Surgeons said I was 90 -100 % disabled just by examining my ankle !! Dr Chaiayaporn Kulsakdinun said I'm giving you 33 % disability. IM GONNA RUIN YOUR DISABITY CHANCES !! Yet he did the massacre surgery !! It was so done bad with reports from 5 other doctors .I NEVER had to go to DISABILTY COURT MY records of his BOTCHED 3 SURGERYS got me full disability in 65 days .I asked him for something for the pain he said IM NOT GIVING YOU NOTHING !! I went to the other surgeon he examined me OXYCODONE immediately. He saw the reck of surgerys . Dr.Chaiyaporn KULSAKDINUN said I'm not giving you nothing go to CVS and get asprin !!! Because I showed the other surgeon a video of Dr CHAIYAPORN KULSAKDINUN on a spy pen camera he had no Idea I had over 12 videos of him !! Talking to me unprofessionally vindictively that's why the other doctors helped me .

Dr. Kulsak did my surgery for trimalleolar fracture, a severe ankle fracture. I am now 5 months out and on my way to fully recover. The care I received at Montefiore was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

After he fused my ankle the wrong way ,he couldn't do it straight .He added 24 screws to the ankle.This guaranteed that the only thing left to do would be to AMPUTATE THE ANKLE !! 1Orthopedic Surgeon said I've never seen such a mess with screws in 30 years as a surgeon. It looks as if he was lost half way through and really didnt know what he was doing so he kept adding screws !! The 2nd Orthopedic surgeon said by him fusing your ankle crooked with all these screws it guarantees that the only thing left to do is AMPUTATE this ankle.Plus it has caused you to know have NEUROTHAPY the nerves on your foot are dieing.This is beyond serious. One day sir this ankle will be AMPUTATED !! Your surgically damaged foot is cold at 71 degrees .Your good foot is at 84 degrees. The 3rd Othopedic Surgeon said there is no reason for 24 screws after it's been fused in 3 different areas.This Dr did this with the intention that the only thing left it AMPUTATION .Dr Chaiyapor Kulsakinun put my… Workers Comp Disability at 33 % disabled so I dont get my disability but the 2 INSURANCE COMPANYS DOCTORS HAD me down at 65 % DISABLED The 3rd Insurance Dr had me at 75 % disabled my ne ORTHOPEDIC SUERGEON put me down at 95 % disabled.ALL 4 ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS were in SHOCK that the Butcher of Montefiore Orthopedic Surgery could do this bad a surgery and FAULSIFY LEGAL MEDICAL DOCUMENTS AS WELL !! When I checked my reports ,I told him I was in pain 1- 10. I said 9 & 10. All my reports ,I s for 2 years said patients claims to be in no pain at all !! He was living for 2 years on all my medical reports !! He also put in every report SMOKES EVERY DAY. 5 TIMES in a row on every report. I NEVER BOUGHT 1 PACK OF CIGARETTES IN MY LIFE. IM NOT A SMOKER !!! When he did my report in front of me for Workers Compensation ,he said I'm gonna give you 33 % disabled for asking for a 2nd opinion .My surgery was so bad with all the other Dr reports I got, about my ankle..I GOT FULL 100 % DISABILITY in 60 days.I never had to go to WORKERS COMPENSATION COURT or see a Judge. There are people waiting 2 to 4 years for there disability to be approved. DR CHAIYAPORN KULSAKDINUNS surgery was so bad.I GOT IT IMMEDIATLY EVEN THOUGH HE DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE SO THAT I dont get my disability. All my medical evidence was all the proof I needed to get by even though he even FALSIFIED LEGAL MEDICAL DOCUMENTS !! DONT COME TO THIS DOCTOR GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!

He did a repair of Bunion, the anesthesiologists and Dr . Kulsak were great. I am an RN and the procedure of breaking the bone, putting in a plate and screws without any post op pain were amazing! I also have Rheumatoid arthritis which can be a challenge, but I am again playing tennis and I am 68 years old.

I came to Dr.Chaiyaporn Kusakdinun for ankle surgery.I came to him for help after another Dr at another hospital kept loosing my paperwork. Dr Kulsakdinun did not get my surgery right at all After he did my surgery I was in more more than I came in. And know had a new problem I never had before 5 bulged disks in my spine.He fused the ankle in 3 places,leaving me w/24 screws and had me praying to die,from pain.I called the head of Orthopedic DR.NEIL J COBELLI for a 2 nd opinion.DR NEIL J COBELLI was my biggest mistake he refused to get me a 2 nd opinion and sent back THE BUTCHER.DR.CHAIYAPORN KULSAKDINUN his 1 st words were your going to pay me for asking for a 2nd opinon.He know had to do a surgery to fix the mess he did already.I would call for an appointment and his Secretary Rizzo know would ONLY tell me to go to emergency so I would run up emergency room bills.I never bought a pack of cigarettes in my life yet 5X times in a row it say smokes everyday.He did not put in… any information about my back. He falsified all my paperwork because I bruised his ego by asking for a 2nd opinion.You better hope you don't need a 2nd opinon or help from his use less boss DR.NEIL J COBELLI. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !! Today I am 100 % disabled. ! ! 3 other Doctors had me down as 100 % disbled yet on my workers compensation paperwork DR CHAIYAPORN KULSAKDINUN PUT ME DOWN AT 33 % disabled.That was his work he was trying to hide.All the 3 other Doctors never seen how 3 fused ankle bones & 24 screws qualify for 33 % disability.Even the insurance Co Doctor had me down at 75 %.DR.KULSAKDINUN work was so bad in 6 WEEKS SOCIAL SECURITY STAMPED MY PAPERWORK DISABLED ! THIS normally takes years to get ! HIS LOUSY WORK PROVED IT SELF BY THAT ALONE !!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ! HIS EGO BRUISES EASILY IF HE DON'T HERE HE DID GOOD WORK WHEN HE DIDN'T !!!
