Dr. Chakkungal P Devidoss, MD

The nurse was very good and sweet, but the check out lady very rude and was telling the person on the phone that she is just like the Dr. And said that she can tell them what's wrong with them instead of them coming in for a visit. I waited for a appointment for over 2 months, and I felt like maybe I should of just called and got what I wanted instead of coming in for my office visit. I know when I go to other Dr. Offices and I go to check out they are not on their cell phones..not at this office the check out girl was talking on her cell phone when I got to the office and when I checked out she was still on her cell phone talking really loud!!! The only one that had some since of work and NOT play time was the nurse. I had to go to another Dr. Because of the rudeness of the check out lady....she told the patient in front of me that if she didn't like her attitude then she needs to find another Dr. I also only seen him 3 x in a year and 6 months. I seen his NP and she didn't seem like… she knew what she was doing. I don't work in the medical field but I do know this ....u should not be on Facebook when patients are at your desk and then the phone rings and you tell the nurse to get this get that while you are on Facebook.
