Dr Kotaru has been my pulmologist for long time. He is very smart brilliant &excellent in patient care. He is a patient listener. He takes time to explain in detail all treatment plans. I strongly recommend him. You would love him. He is simply the Best Pulmologist.

Dr Kotaru is humble, brilliant and very smart compassionate doctor. He has been my pulmologist for almost three year. I fully trust him for my care. He is a great pulmologist, i have ever come across. I highly recommend him. You would love him.

Dr Kotaru is The Top Pulmologist. He takes time to listen as well as explains everything in detail. I am amazed at his knowledge and passion to help me get better. I am very happy to have him as my Pulmologist. He is topnotch in his work ethics & has excellent bedside manners. I very highly recommend him.

Dr Kotaru is knowledgeable , kind , caring & very compassionate doctor. He is a huge blessing to me. He return my phonecalls promptly. I recommend him highly.

He has been very kind and helpful to my mother who is 87 years old and has COPD. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for her. He has explained everything he has done for her and seems to be conservative when ordering tests. Still, he does whatever is needed and I have recommended him to friends.
