Dr. Chamion Nicole Olivier, MD

Since some of your categories (Staff, Follow-up and Promptness) fitted the description of one of your staff members, I was prompted to take the time to write a review. This review is for the doctor's billing dept; NOT the doctor since I never met Dr Olivier. She was assigned as a doctor to my spouse during his last hospital stay at Advent Health Flagler. My spouse never mentioned her to me. When a bill for services was sent to our home, I made contact with her billing dept since her services were paid by our health coverages. My compliments (and Stars) belong to Rhonda for being very efficient: She was very professional in handling the billing errors. She made contact with our health coverage provider to find out why these errors occurred; corrected the billing; and had the "courtesy" to call me back to let me know what had happened and extended sincere regrets for these errors. All this in about one hour of the same day. In today's society, it is rare to receive such… "excellent, courteous and prompt" service and I wanted to make sure that the doctor was aware of this acknowledgement. Regretfully, since my spouse never mentioned Dr Olivier to me and she did not have the time nor the courtesy to introduce herself to his family, there is no way that I can honestly evaluate the Doctor. Just a phone call would have been nice and helpful from her.
