Dr. Chan Nguyen, MD

Dr. Nguyen is a caring physician that gives her heart and soul to her patients. We have been going to her for all three of our children since our oldest was born. She will take all the time you need during an appointment and it is not atypical for her to followup with a phone call to see how a child is doing during an especially rough illness. She is typically easy to get into. Dr. Nguyen also knows when there is another professional (specialist) that will be able to give the best care to her patients.

We have been going to Dr. Nguyen for years. She is very professional and is extremely thorough. Her appointments are typically not rushed and she is not as difficult to book an appointment with as some of the other doctors in this practice. The nurses are usually nice as well, but in general I find the office staff to be rude and inefficient. Their process of check in and prepayment of co-pay is completely unorganzied and annoying as it requires you to make multiple trips to the window while trying to manage children often frustrated with an excessively long wait time. They are not thoughtful about this and seem indifferent to patients in general. In all, despite how much we like Dr. Nguyen, I would switch clinics if I could find one as conveniently located with better wait times.

Dr. Nguyen took great care of my child. She was extremely thorough and called me the next day to check on my child's condition.
