Dr. Chandana Ganguli, MD

Dr Ganguli was my doctor in Charlotte for over 16 years. I’m truly sad she has left my area. My adult children also had her as their primary doctor. She might be late at times but it’s because she is so caring and considerate of her patients’ problems and feelings. I know I have held her up many times myself with my problems. She actually is the one whom suspected I had cancer and scheduled the necessary tests for me. I will visit her whenever I’m in the area. We miss you!

Highly intelligent, caring, professional, incredibly thorough- I’ve been to many drs- and Dr Ganguli is the best! So glad I found such an exceptional doctor!

She’s a great Dr., Very smart, compassionate and takes time talking to you. Highly recommend.

The Dr is good however the practice moved to South Park location and staff are rude when I was on time for appointment I was made to wait nearly 2hrs and when I was late by 10 mins for my appt because of traffic on 77 from Concord they we're not considerate enough to excuse inspite of me calling them when I was on my way mentioning I will be late. I have been with ganguli for over 7 yrs n the service at Charlotte Medical Clinic south park sucks

Terrible MD. Does not follow up and ignores standard recommendations for such things as immunizations for adults. Way too conservative when prescribing non narcotic medications for conditions such as osteoarthritis causing undue pain and misery. Doesn't listen. Very condescending. Go elsewhere if you want competent healthcare.

She may be educated but it doesn't help when you need something from her. She's a minimalist when it comes to medication and you may have to go back twice to get enough antibiotics. She also refers to to specialists for ANYTHING that she feels she can;t treat (which is a LOT). Then it's a big confusing mess for YOU, the patient. Her referrals did NOT work out for me. I'm not in the mood for doctors like her and the musical chairs of drug prescriptions. Forget it. No Thanks, Ganguli. You're not that good.

The people at the front desk and her assistant are rude ... get past that and you have a great doctor.
