Dr. Chandana Vavilala, MD

She is an excellent physician, who provides evidence-based treatment. She treats her patients as a team member to make important decisions. Requests for prior authorizations are treated in timely manner.

Dr. Vavilala takes the time to listen and gets to know her patients. She truly cares about them. She has really helped me when I needed it and is understanding.

My daughter was her patient and had terrible stomach pains, she always told her about her ailments and she prescribed her antidepressants. My daughter did go through several deaths of family members but she was physically sick and the Dr would not do any testing and blamed it on her nerves.I took her to the right Dr and she has Celiac disease and microscopic colitis. This could’ve been done two years ago and she would’ve known that she was sick and that she had to change her lifestyle but instead of taking the time she just gave her pills for depression that exasperated her illness. So since the Dr didn’t listen my daughter is very ill now. All she needed was a colonoscopy and a endoscopy, that’s it but she wouldn’t write her a script for it . So at the end of the day instead of trying to climb a hill she now has mountains to climb because she was ignored and that’s just awful. If you want a Dr to listen to you don’t go here. Please, take it from me we had to learn a very hard lesson.

Wasn't very knowledgeable, hurried through my appointment, seems to be more favorable towards younger adults, forgot to include some blood tests on my orders, will not be returning to her and that's too bad because her staff was great.

Thorough, kind, compassionate, pleasant, knowledgeable, open-minded, honest, one of the best.
