Dr. Abboy was incredibly rude to me during my visit to Upsate Lung and Critical Care. Not only did he consistently interrupt me when I was telling him what was going on with my health, but he actually raised his voice at me in annoyance when I was answering one of his questions. He also told me there was a spot on my lung that may be cancer but probably wasn’t and that there was no way to tell what it is unless they ”cut me open to find out.” When I attempted to ask more questions about it he cut me off and refused to talk about it. I will not go back to this man as I have no confidence in him as a doctor and no respect for him as a man. I hope this will help anyone looking for a good and caring doctor to look elsewhere.
