Chandar Ramanathan, MD

My 8-year-old daughter sees Dr. Ramanathan for asthma. I have worked in healthcare for 22 years with many different physicians and specialties and Dr. Ramanathan is one of the best I have ever met. He has a great bed side manner and does an amazing job talking to my daughter and making her feel comfortable. He listens and explains everything at a level that she can understand, and he isn't annoyed by parent questions. His assistants and RT are also great with kids and very friendly. I have recommended Dr. Ramanathan to several people and think he is great!

I have put, and will continue to put, my daughter's life in Dr. Ramanathan's hands without hesitation. He has that rare quality where he actually listens to the parents, and what they have to say. He seems to recognize that we know our children, and does not brush off our concerns as so many other doctors do. He is prompt, always courteous, and makes you feel like you can trust him completely within just a few moments of meeting him. I've never met a doctor with a better 'bedside manner'. If you have a child with pulmonary issues, I suggest you do every thing you can to hook up with Dr. Ramanathan!
