Michele, who works in his office is, hands down, one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. It's almost worth finding a new doctor because of her. Sometimes they randomly close early. DR. SINGARAM himself is a kind, patient man. He is truly working with me to help me feel better. Wish he'd hire people as compassionate as himself.

Dr. Singaram saved my life in 2010 and he's doing it again for a different condition in 2018. I have a rare disorder that only he figured out, within the first 2 appts. I have a chronic illness and this is coming from someone who HATES doctors, but not him. He truly cares. He's not perfect of course but he is a top notch doctor and human being. He tells me give all my worries to him cause it's his job to take care of this and he does. If he can't help you it is NOT because he didn't try his best. He is very smart. I'm in good hands. God bless him and his family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Singaram for 17 years. He is the most kind, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, charismatic doctor i have ever been to. I am an RN for over 20 yrs and have had the privilege of working with Dr. Singaram at Avera McKennan Hospital. I have seen him with his patients and the way he treats each patient and their family members is excellent! In fact, that is why i decided to see him as my gastroenterologist! I have never regretted my decision. I refer people to him all the time. My granddaughter has seen him for the past 2 years. She is 9. She loves him and trusts him, he is fabulous with children.

Dr S has performed numerous scopes on my dad and this last time he canceled his follow up appointment on the the day of, and never called back. We've called and left messages with the answering service and get no response. Very sketchy. My dad will be seeing a new doctor from now on!

Dr. Singaram is a very thorough, kind, caring doctor. I have received excellent care from him over the past 8 years.

Been seing him for about a total of maybe 6-7 years now and he just keeps telling me to try this, try this, try this AND NOTHING works. He said he'd stick by me thru all this and now has been downgrading me and telling me stuff that I don't think ANY doctor should say to any patient. He is just stressing me out and my family and getting me depressed which doesn't help me at all. Just be very careful when choosing him as a specialist. Take lots and lots of notes b/c he will go back on what he said in previous appointments.

Dr. Singaram not only called me back personally, but it was also on his day off! He scheduled an appointment for my child within a couple of days and arranged for testing within 2 days of appt. His office was professional and courteous. His bed side manner was fantastic. He spoke to us for over 20 minutes prior to the exam. He was caring and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint 3 possibilities for the illness. He had an immediate plan of action. I would highly recommend him.
