The doctor was very unhelpful, unpleasant, unprofessional and I cannot recommend her as a physician

Would never recommend Dr. Val. After explaining my symptoms and what the diagnoses was TWICE before (with my doctor who retired and before she was assigned to be my doctor). Dr. Val brushed off what I said, told me what SHE thought it was BEFORE ever looking deeper into the situation. After three times, Dr. Val listened to me at what turned out to be exactly what it was before. Due to the initial error, many follow up visits had to follow to correct the problem. Definitely not a good listener, communicator, and lacks a bedside manner in every way.

Dr. Val did not appear to take an interest in senior citizens of which I am barely. She is very soft spoken and did not seem to appreciate my having her repeat a thing or two, and did not improve her communication either. I got the impression she was ready to move on to "next" and get by with minimal words. I would not recommend for seniors.

She seemed to care in a very weird way. I almost felt like she was humoring me the way she listened. She also made looks of disgust when I talked about what my symptoms are. She never followed up with exams and if I came in she made me feel like I was wasting her time. I don't know maybe it was the culture difference,but it didn't take long for me to find a new doctor
