Dr. Chandra M Fisher, DO

This doctor is mad that she is so ugly that she takes it out on her patients. She refuses to see patients for major issues and makes them wait months to get in for an appt and delays patients care.

She is the greatest doctor I have ever dealt with. She doesn't just listen, she hears what you're saying. She offers viable options and cares which is so hard to find anymore. A wonderful lady.

Dr. Fisher was my doctor for about 10 years before I switched. I had a lot of trouble getting her to address medical concerns and problems I had. When I was in very dire straits and needed a refill of psychiatric medication which I have taken for decades, she insisted I needed to see a psychologist to get same, even though an appointment with any of them was a 6-12 month wait. I couldn't function and there was no way I could wait that long, I ended up making an appointment with her for "GI problems" in order to be able to be seen her. When I did see her, she did apologize and acknowledge she should have addressed my concerns but it shouldn't have ever gotten to that point.

My mother has been a patient for many years. Over the past 4 years, I have accompanied my mother on her appointments and I've found that Dr. Fisher accepted vague responses from my mom. You couldn't Dr. Fisher to respond to messages that were left. The staff was incompetent also. The last visit was to remove staples from my mother's fractured hip. Dr. Fisher started to leave and my mother called her back in the exam room to remind her to remove them. She acted like it wasn't in the notes. She acted like it was the first time she knew about the staples. How freaking disconnected! Wonder if she even reads the notes sent to her from other doctors? That was the last straw.

She does not listen to you at all. She sits behind her computer and will not look at you.

I feel that she is not connected to patients. I do not get the sense that she wants to improve, discover, provide the best patient care.

Difficult to get Dr. Fisher to respond to messages regarding test results

couldn't see me for two weeks after I called for a one week follow up having been diagnosed with pneumonia at a walk in clinic

this is by the far the worst dr i have ever seen. She is incompetent, does not look or talk to you just sits at her computer and bolts for the door after a few minutes. Will not prescribe anything just refers you off for every symptom. Just a crappy dr if you can even call her that.

One of worst MD experiences I've had, Am happy to have found a new MD. My new MD said she was "incompetent" -- was pretty surprised new MD would say such a thing but this MD said gets quite a few of Fisher's patients.
