Wrong diagnosis

He is the most personable Dr. I have ever been to. He really takes his time to explain every procedure, and to make you feel comfortable and confidant in his ability. I wish I had gotten my aching swollen legs fixed years before I did.

Dr. Prassad has done a tremendous job in dealing with my vein issues.

All I have to say is get a second opinion. I was told I had 2 blockages in one leg and 1 blockage in the other leg after my ultra sound results and that I needed surgery ASAP. I opted for a second opinion, picked up my ultra sound results and the doctor at Boone told me there were no blockages on the ultra sound in either leg! He also told me Dr. Prasad was not even a vascular doctor.

My entire experience with Dr. Prasad and the hospital staff was exceptional. If required, I will see Dr. Prasad for future medical surgery/treatment, even though our residence is in Iowa. Until this year, I had not required services from the medical system for the past 30 years and, needless to say, I was unsure what to expect. To my surprise, I found a true professional in Dr. Prasad.
