Dr Dheenan is very empathetic and knowledgeable. I always feel well cared for in his office and with his staff. Very prompt and attentive.

Office staff is exceptional. They are accommodating and are quick to get you registered and checked out. Dr Dheenan is always on time for my appointments. Takes the time to explain everything. I only see him once a year but he always seems to remember our last conversation like it was just the other day. Would definitely recommend him.

Seen Dr. Dheenan for a kidney stone that was going to have to be removed, wound up having a procedure at Bethesda North due to a cancellation and was performed by Dr. Niver. Overall experience was as well as I could have expected, been going to this practice for 4 or 5 years.

My husband just had a procedure done. We were both pleased with the consultation and manner in which he explained the procedure. I felt confident that he was in good hands with Dr. Dheenan.

This Urology Group does not follow through in giving patients test results or scheduling procedures. They give wrong information about when procedures will be done. You have to repeatedly call and wait hours or days for a return call.

Was sent for ultrasound and told the results would be available in 2-3 days. I called office 7 days later to ask about the results and was told on that Friday they would leave a note for the doctor. Following Tuesday , I called again for results and was told the results were normal. I asked the assistant what was the follow up to my problem and he said he would ask the doctor. As of Wednesday, I have not heard from the doctor.

Very disappointed in the way the doctor spent time listening and learning about my condition. Spent no more than five minutes, requested I have a second blood test, and referred me to another doctor. I needed to call several times to find out a course of action after receiving the results of my blood test a week earlier.

He was a nice so called doctor. He had a test done on me for an inflamed kidney but he never got back with me about results. I had to find another real doctor and had to have surgery.
