Do your research, they have zero care of ethics. I was quoted $9,400. For an implant removal and 12k if I wanted to add smaller implant. Paid 12K, they didn’t give me the implants or refund the difference in surgeries. When I disputed it, they went back weeks later and forged paperwork. Also denied me follow up care at 3 weeks post-op. Not to mention, I’m botched! Beware!

I had my mommy makeover with Dr. Basu. I love my results. I healed so quickly and had no issues with minimal pain. He's got an amazing team. Love his office.

Dr. Basu and his staff were all very professional and caring. From my consultation through my recovery I felt that my concerns and questions were directly addressed. Both Vivian and Dr. Basu were so thorough. That put me so much at ease. I never felt any pressure or judgement when discussing options and knew I had a say in every aspect of my procedure. My recovery was so much better than what I was expecting. And most importantly, I love my results! Dr. Basu and his staff are top notch. The attention and care I get from them exceeded my expectations. Before the surgery everything was explained to me in detail. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Everyone gave me as much time as I needed and explained things as many times as I wanted. I was never rushed through an appointment or made to feel like I was taking up too much time by having things explained more than once. Dr. Basu has an extraordinary 'bedside manner.' Having someone handle your breasts could likely make you feel uncomfortable. Dr. Basu's mannerisms and professionalism had me feeling completely comfortable at all times. The nurses Lennea, Susan, and Brittany are the ultimate professionals. They always took an interest in me both as a patient and a person. When I go the office I feel like I am going to see friends. The rest of the staff was fabulous too. Everyone made me feel special like I was the only patient. Besides being wonderful at the appointments,… the work that they did was great. I love every procedure I have had performed. I am happy!
