I believe that intentions matter and I believe that everyone is worthy of healing and a life that is fulfilling. If any of these issues are struggles that you can relate to, then I encourage you to start your journey by engaging in very intentional and healing work through therapy.
My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your past and identifying patterns and behaviors that haven’t served you in order to establish new habits and ways of thinking that support you and create meaningful relationships in your life.
