Dr, Chang D. Lai, has been my PCP for 20+ years. He's a very kind and compassionate doctor who just knows exactly what I need every time I do a wellness visit and check up with him, he knows the correct medications to help me whatever my symptoms are at that moment. He indeed is an expert in his Medical Profession and is a very understanding doctor who cares enough to call your home after hours if you left a message for him. I am very comfortable with him, and I would not change this doctor for another new doctor. He truly cares for his patience and is a very busy doctor. Thanks Dr, Lai for all of your dedication to serve your patients the best way you could possibly do for them! Much Aloha to you and your office staff... Great doctor and office staff teamwork!!!
