Dr. C.k. Oh, MD

Today I had my colonoscopy with Dr. Oh. {This was first time meeting him). Very pleasant and nice. He removed 5 polyps and all went well. He answered all my questons and when I went home I had more questions. He called me back in a timely manner and was very nice and explained everything to me. I would go back to him and would refer to him to those I know.

My mother went to see him with severe stomach pains, and without so much as even any kind of testing, he told her "there's nothing I can do for you" , not as long as you are taking your pain medication. (Wich is prescribed by an ACTUAL, COMPATANT DR.) If you need medical treatment, PLEASE go somewhere else,,, anywhere else! Dr. Oh SUCKS!!!

My mom was assigned Dr oh by caromont in May when she came to the hospital with stomache ulcers! She had several one being at the bottem of the stomache and the top of the small intestine. After two weeks in the hospital no communication between them and my mom and us her children. Things went crazy Due to neglect from a nurse in the hospital she ended loosing a leg. She had another endoscopy by Dr oh who told us because of scar tissue it was slowly closing up the opening of the stomache into the small intestine! He told us what symptoms to look for if she started to have those symptoms bring her back to his office because he would have to go in and try to stretch out the opening! She started showing those symptoms we brought her back ( which is no small feat since she is now an amputee) once there he said there was nothing he could do. Wasted trip now we find out that this so called Dr wrote in his file that my mom refused treatment and follow up! Really are you just incredibly… incompetent or do you not understand English! I am so words can not even begin to describe how unprofessional this is! Next time you try to pull this kind of thing make sure you don't have witnesses there Dr. I am very educated and I know what I heard you tell us! No wonder you don't have a higher rating!

Interesting. I wrote a review a week ago and low and behold it disappeared. This one will too probably but will rewrite it. Chang Oh is in too much of a hurry to talk to me, his staff is rude and snotty. No follow up appt. Won't be back again. That's about the gist of it.

Only gave one star because I had to. My true rating would be ZERO stars. Terrible bedside manner, performs test and doesn't have the decency to follow up. Acts rushed! And doesn't answer questions with a straight forward answer. I regret ever having seen him!

Worked with him when he was in Va Beach, va and he was very thorough in his treatment and diagnosis of U C. I went to another Dr for a year and he came to the same diagnosis. I returned to him about the time he was leaving Va Beach. Wish he was back here!

he wanted to put me on a pill for 600 a month i explaned there was know way i could afford that he says well that was more less my problem he said there is a cheaper one but would not even try that first WHY he than opens his door and walks out ! couldnt believe it this man will not be seeing me again.

Careful, courteous, quick service from knowledgeable doctors and assistants!

I just adore Dr. Oh he is a great doctor! He saved my life last year and explained to my family everything that was happening, the reasons why it was happening, and had great follow up care!

Rushed through the appt. Had a colonoscopy. Before the procedure I informed him I had loose stools all the time, his reply was " well you may need a colostomy if it continues, I couldn't tell if he was serious or joking. I would not follow up with this character
