I really appreciate her concern! I was really worried that my issues wouldn't be taken seriously because of how young I am, but she really validated me and referred me to see a rheumatologist.

My care provider is very knowledgeable and caring for health. She also does the same for my spouse. We very much appreciate all she does for us. Always great experiences!

Whet to get treatment for son's nose bleeds, she said she cannot do what he needs, even though I confirmed prior to visit, she then gave referral to another Dr. who we find out will not see children, called back 3 times for new referral, no response. Called again today find out she is gone. $100 spent, 1 month chasing them, and then gone. Hope she retired.

Dr Hodges has been my doctor for a long time. My husband and I had her as a doctor prior to her coming to Methodist. As soon as we saw that she was with Methodist we quickly changed back to her.

She seems very caring the first 2 visits. Was running late because I had to search through my car for a mask due to the no mask no entry sign. Once I entered, (10 minutes upon arrival for 2:45 appt) I was denied and told to reschedule.

I do not have any complains with Dr. Hodges. I just had my first visit with her, and I like her. My complaint is with their lab. I have Cold Agglutonin, Which means my blood has to be wrapped in a warm wrap to be kept warm (very simple procedure). I showed the card with instructions to Dr Hodges and she was nice enough to talked to the lady that drew my blood. I also talked to the technician and she told me she knew about my condition and knew how to handle it. I was delighted to hear it. MY very sad surprise was to find out, that the technician did not really knew how to handle my blood and did not kept it warm. My blood clotted and was unable to be read. Their excuse was because of cold agglutonin I cannot have my blood draw in their lab. This comment makes me very sad, this is a lab, when I called to complain I wish they would of said the lab technician will be aware to keep my blood warm next time.
